Yang Wan
Yang Wan was born in the northeastern city of Chang Chun in China and is now an active artist in San Francisco. She holds a BFA from China Central Academy of Fine Arts and has previously studied art at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. It was there she found her way of expressing herself and communicating through art. Yang believes that art has the opportunity to inspire, strengthen and shape life. She has a strong focus during her creative work process; "Painting is an extension of my body and I paint to explore the world."
