Today everything moves fast so I wanted to make motifs where I invested a lot of time in a very simple shape because of the interesting contrast. This motif is called ”Chair” and I used Caran d`Ache colored pencils on unbleached paper.

I studied pattern design and painting after which I decided to go for a career in illustration and design. I work primarily from home in my office in Stockholm which used to be a wardrobe. People often say it looks small and cluttered but the fantasy thrives in a room without windows. My style can be described as a mix between figurative and abstract motifs with both analog and digital methods used. The main focus is always to take a step back from how the reality is perceived and make it into something else where each piece is it's own little universe.
