Re-formation is part of a series of works that stem from one collaged segment. I wanted to explore how the piece balances when the repeated segments are moved and multiplied, changing the formation.

I'm a textile designer, artist and screen printer from London. I studied Textile Design at Central Saint Martins 2013-2016 where I specialized in print and pattern design, and fell in love with screen printing. After graduating I joined a south London studio where I began printing my own brand of lifestyle goods and also commissions for private clients, all while working a full time job. I moved to Stockholm at the end of 2017 and now have my own screen printing studio where I continue to create work on both textiles and paper for my brand, KJP, and also run workshops for the public. Since I primarily work with hand printing, I usually start each piece as a cut-paper collage before digitally reworking it - I like the idea that each work starts and finishes in my hands
