Handling of Personal Data

We Do Not Share This Information Except in the Following Cases:

  • Shipping: In order to deliver your order and fulfill our agreement, we need to share certain information with the shipping company. The information shared includes your first name, last name, address, mobile number, and email address. This allows our shipping partners to deliver your order and to send you a delivery notification. Our shipping partners are DHL, Bring, Fedex, Schenker, Ryska Posten, and Postnord.
  • Payment Providers: When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment providers. The information stored includes your first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. This information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect all parties from fraud. Our payment providers are Klarna, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
  • Newsletter: If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, only your email address will be saved to allow us to send you information, news, and promotional campaigns. This data will not be shared with any third parties except our email service provider. You can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time, and we will delete your information. We use Mailchimp to send newsletters.
  • Printing Company: Our printing company receives your address information when printing and packaging your order.

  • Consultation: If you request help with a consultation, we only save the information you provide. Once we have responded to you and the case is closed, we will delete the information.
  • Application: If you apply to become a creator at Wall of Art, we will save the information you provide. This data will never be shared with third parties and will be saved for a maximum of 2 years.
  • Marketing: To make our website as relevant as possible, we share your personal information with marketing services like Google, TikTok, and Facebook.

How Long Do We Save Your Personal Information?
We will never retain your personal information longer than necessary for each purpose. In most cases, we will delete your personal information once the intended purpose has been fulfilled.
