We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel.
To start a return, please contact us at info@wallofart.se. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please not that the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon return, a refund will be issued to you for the return products. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer. Neither will the cost for framing be refunded if chosen for the order. Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed by Wall of Art within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.
