Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. At checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment - We offer our customers payment through the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, PayPal and Swish. For orders with delivery address outside Sweden, any customs costs and taxes are paid by you. On order with delivery address outside the EU are not charged Swedish VAT.

Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the shipment of the goods. The terms for payment within 14 days can be found here.
Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay part of his purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you received the item. You have of course the right to open the package to take a closer look at the product. The item returned must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition. Right of withdrawal does not apply in case
The customer has purchased a limited Print that is numbered. If the Customer has purchased a Custom Product or a Product with a significant custom custom, such as a Limited Print, the Customer is not eligible for the Wall of Arts Right of Withdrawal. Guarantees and service

Gift cards sold with us are valid for one (1) year from payment and can be purchased at the Wall of Arts Online Store. When the validity period has passed, it is not possible to pay with the gift card or reactivate the card. The remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable. The gift card is a valuable document that must be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for money. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.
The delivery time is estimated to be 1-5 working days within Sweden and sent by DHL, Postnord, Bring or Fedex depending on choice at checkout. To other countries it takes between 3-10 working days depending on the country.
Most shipments are with your postal agent for 14 days. On avin you will find information about the length of stay. Shipments that are not picked up on time are sent back to the sender. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee.
