WallofArt.se is an e-commerce company that sells posters and is operated by Wall of Art AB. The company is based at Götgatan 23, 116 46 Stockholm. Organization number: 559086-8161.

Age Limit
Wallofart.se applies an age limit of 18 years for purchases.

Prices and Payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. At checkout, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment. We offer our customers purchases via Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Swish. For orders with delivery addresses outside Sweden, any subsequent customs costs and taxes are paid by you. For orders with delivery addresses outside the EU, you are not charged VAT.

Klarna's Payment Options
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms for paying within 14 days can be found here.

Account: Klarna Account is a credit account provided by Klarna, which gives the credit holder the ability to pay for their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the conditions approved at checkout. To offer a variety of payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, and order information with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend that you read our privacy policy.

Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the time you receive the item. You are, of course, entitled to open the packaging to examine the item more closely. The item being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Always fill out the return form to make a return. Upon return, a refund will be made to you minus 49 SEK for the return cost. Refund of the order amount or cancellation of an issued invoice shall be made by Wall of Art within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.

The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply If
The customer has purchased a limited edition print that is numbered. If the customer has purchased a customized product or a product with a significant custom adjustment, such as a limited edition print, the customer is not eligible for Wall of Art's right of withdrawal. A product produced according to the customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to withdraw from the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

Warranties and Service

Upon receiving a product with visible damage that occurred before delivery, the product can be claimed. In such cases, email info@wallofart.se within 7 days of receiving the package. For the claim to be approved, photos of the damage and packaging must be included in the email. Upon approved claim, the consumer will be sent a new identical product with Wall of Art covering the shipping cost.

Privacy Policy
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the new GDPR law, you have certain rights regarding the information we have registered about you. Read more about our Privacy Policy here.

Gift Cards
Gift cards sold by us are valid for one (1) year from the date of payment and can be used to shop at Wall of Art's web store. Once the validity period has expired, the gift card cannot be used for payment or reactivated. The remaining balance on the gift card cannot be refunded. The gift card is a valuable document that should be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.

Cookies
This web store uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and contains information to help the web store identify and track users. Cookies exist as session cookies and as cookies that are permanently stored on your computer. During your first visit to the web store, your browser is assigned a session cookie that is unique and used to avoid mixing you up with other users. Deliveries
The delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 working days within Sweden and shipped with DHL, Postnord, Bring, Schenker, or Fedex depending on the choice at checkout. To other countries, the delivery time is between 2-7 working days depending on the country.

Unclaimed Packages
Most shipments are available at your postal agent for 7 days. The notice contains information about the storage time. Shipments not collected in time are returned to the sender. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling fees. Currently, this cost is 150 SEK.

Discounts
Discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes do not apply to limited editions.

Refund Obligation
We shall, if you have used your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the item. The consumer is responsible for the return cost when you send back the item. However, we always pay the return cost for sending back a claimed product.

FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond Wall of Art's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Wall of Art is freed from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements.

Miscellaneous
Wall of Art reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. Wall of Art reserves the right to in individual cases refuse an order. If a sales item has been discontinued, Wall of Art has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any pre-paid amounts. Wall of Art is not responsible for any printing errors in texts on this website. Wall of Art also does not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. Wall of Art reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
