For orders shipped outside Sweden, delivery times are typically:

Rest of the world: 2–7 business days

Return Policy
We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel.
To start a return, please contact us at support@wallofart.se. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
Upon return, a refund will be issued to you for the return products. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer. Neither will the cost for framing be refunded if chosen for the order. Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed by Wall of Art within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.
Can I order prints in sizes that aren’t listed on the website?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom sizes. Each art print is carefully adapted to the original proportions, which is why we only produce the sizes listed on our website.
Can I exchange an order?
We are pleased to accept a exchange, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How can I claim a damaged or incorrect product?
If you need to claim a damaged or incorrect product, please inspect your order upon receipt and register you complaint trough the claims page immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return. Once the refund is issued you will receive an confirmation email.
