Return and Refund Policy
We are pleased to assist with any returns, provided they are made no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel. Please note that the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Upon return, a refund will be issued for the returned products. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. The cost of framing, if selected for the order, will also not be refunded. Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed by Wall of Art within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.
