Delivery time?
Usually your order will be sent the following day and should be on your mail agent within 1-3 business days. If the order is to be sent outside Sweden, it may take longer depending on location. Between 3-10 business days.
How do you send your posters?
We send our posters and frames in rolls or cartons.
How do I receive the package?
If you have ordered delivery via fedex, it is home delivery. If you place an order with DHL or Postnord, it will go to your nearest postal agent.
How do I know the package has arrived?
You will receive an SMS notification on the mobile number you have entered when ordering.
Do you send outside EU?
Yes, we do sell to most countries around the world.
Do you send to the UK?
Yes. There are no extra fees, VAT and duties are included on all orders.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you can track letters via your tracking ID that you can find in your order shipping conformation. You can also use the sender's logistics customer number and reference or track using the SMS number and notification code.
How do I know that you have received my order?
We will send a confirmation via email as soon as the order is completed. If you do not receive it, please email info@wallofart.se.
What does the delivery cost?
Shipping to a DHL service point within Sweden cost 49 SEK. Should you have the delivery outside Sweden, the price varies depending on the destination. You always see your delivery cost before you pay.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer our customers payment by invoice via Klarna, Card Payment, Swish, Paypal and Masterpass.
What paper do you use for your Art prints?
We use a coated matte 200-gsm paper.
Do you sell frames?
Yes we do, we sell wooden frames in the colors black, white and oak. Available in sizes 21x30 - 30x40 - 40x50 - 50x50 - 50x70 - 70x100.
How are you sending your gift cards?
We send our gift cards directly to the specified email address after the payment has been completed. The gift card is easy to print to give as a gift.
Can I found your product somewhere else?
No, all posters that you will find at Wall of Art sells exclusively through Wall of Art.
Can I order sizes that does not exist on the website?
Unfortunately not. We only prints motifs in sizes available on the website.
