Linnea, you have a completely unique feeling for combinations, everything in terms of color, pattern and material. How do you get it together without it getting messy for your eyes and soul?

Finding that balance can be tricky, I like to group and work tone by tone if I work with a maximalist feeling. When it's a little more stripped down, I like to bring in an accent that takes up a lot of space and attention. At home, there are plenty of gadgets, but it probably does not feel so messy because most things go in the same color scale.

In addition, we can probably all agree that you can call yourself a flea market professional. People dream of making great bargains. But how do you do it? What to look for and what are your absolute best finds? Big and small.

It was probably the finest title I've ever got? For me, there is a solid geekiness behind my findings. I often visit flea markets, preferably outside the city. I am easy to see potential in things and am a diligent user of auction site apps. Patience is important, you never know when you will find what you are looking for. I have been looking for a lamp for a year and a half, and this summer I ran into it when I least expected it. Try to sneak out when there is a refill in the store and time these days if you want a greater chance of bargaining. I usually queue for my favorite when I want to botanize around among refilled shelves. My best find is our marble side tables, we lost an auction on exactly the same tables, went to our old local antique shop and found exactly the same ones for less than half the price.

 
It's the time of year when we spend more time indoors and it's time for Christmas fun. What are your best tips when it comes to Christmas decorations and maximizing coziness?

I try to enhance the feeling of cosiness with light and scents. Always bake a gingerbread house and bring in twigs and pine from the garden. This year I'm going to try something I have never done before, namely to boil a stew with Christmas ingredients such as cinnamon, vanilla, orange etc and let it simmer for a whole day! That scent should be magical.
