WallofArt.com requires customers to be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

Each item is listed with a price that includes VAT. At checkout, you will see the total price, which includes all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment. We offer purchases through Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Swish. For orders with delivery addresses outside EU, you are responsible for any subsequent customs costs and taxes. Orders with delivery addresses outside the EU are not charged VAT.

- Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms for paying within 14 days can be found here.

- Account: Klarna Account is a credit account provided by Klarna, allowing the credit holder to pay for purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total utilized credit amount or according to the conditions approved at checkout. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. You may open the packaging to examine the item more closely. The item being returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Always contact info@wallofart.se before processing a return. Upon return, a refund will be issued to you for the return products. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer. Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed by Wall of Art within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.

The customer has purchased a limited edition print that is numbered. If the customer has purchased a customized product or a product with a significant custom adjustment, such as a limited edition print, the customer is not eligible for Wall of Art's right of withdrawal. A product produced according to the customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to withdraw from the purchase under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

If you receive a product with visible damage that occurred before delivery, you may file a claim. In such cases, email info@wallofart.se within 7 days of receiving the package. For the claim to be approved, photos of the damage and packaging must be included in the email. Upon approval, a new identical product will be sent to you, with Wall of Art covering the shipping cost.

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. By registering and ordering, you agree that we may store and use your information to fulfill our agreement with you. Gift cards sold by us are valid for one (1) year from the date of payment and can be used to shop at Wall of Art's web store. Once the validity period has expired, the gift card cannot be used for payment or reactivated. The remaining balance on the gift card cannot be refunded. The gift card is a valuable document that should be stored securely and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.

The delivery time is estimated to be 1-5 business days within EU and shipped with DHL, Postnord, Bring, Schenker, or Fedex, depending on your choice at checkout. For other countries, the delivery time is between 2-7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Most shipments are available at your postal agent for 7 days. The notice contains information about the storage time. Shipments not collected in time are returned to the sender. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative fees, and handling fees. Currently, this cost is 15 EURO.

Discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes do not apply to limited editions if nothing else is stated.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, or at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive the item. The consumer is responsible for the return cost when sending back the item. However, we always cover the return cost for sending back a claimed product. Events beyond Wall of Art's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Wall of Art is freed from its obligations to fulfill agreements.

Wall of Art reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. Wall of Art reserves the right to refuse an order in individual cases. If a sales item has been discontinued, Wall of Art has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any pre-paid amounts. Wall of Art is not responsible for any printing errors in the texts on this website. Wall of Art also does not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. Wall of Art reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any price errors.
