Lisa was born in Gothenburg and moved to New York where she studied Fine Arts at The new school. After 8 years in New York, she has now settled in Stockholm and has her studio on Södermalm. During her 12-year career, she has explored both realism and abstraction. Now she paints mostly larger oil paintings where she portrays figurative works with a feeling of escapism and freedom. She draws a lot of inspiration from her experiences as a female artist. She has exhibited several times, in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Gothenburg and Stockholm.
